Mobile Sync issue

I am getting this message everytime I try and do a sync with my mobile app: The screenshot is attached. My mobile has dropped all of my data and account info....

Any ideas or fixes?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    First, open Quicken and navigate to Help > Report a Problem to report this issue. I would next reset the cloud.

    1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID, Mobile & Alerts.
    2. Click Reset your cloud data.

    Please let me know if this resolves the error.
