Why are current transactions not being displayed when I open a Banking Account?

One of my "Banking Accounts" is not displaying current transactions when opened. I have checked the filter option and it is set on default options, All Dates, Any Type, All Transactions. When I use the filter, Unreconciled Transactions, I am able to see the current transactions. This problem is only occurring on a single Banking Account -- a credit card account with Chase.

    Make sure you click on the DATE column and you see a blue arrow pointing up, that way the latest transactions at the bottom. 

    At the top, under the account name, it tells you the last download date and time. is it today? If not, control-alt-U to update now, and watch the download, see if there's any errors reported.
