apologize for the issue you're having. I believe currently may not have Quicken passcode enabled on the mobile app.
If you click on the 3 lines in the top left and go to passcode & touch ID you'll be able to set a passcode so that every time you open Quicken you'll need to put in a code to see the information. The other option is to sign in and out each time but the first option may work better for you.Let me know if this helps you out or if you have any other questions.Thanks,Quicken Francisco
