Cannot Log Into my Intuit Account

I have been running Premier 2016, I recently upgraded to windows 10. I cannot log in to my Intuit account to open Premier on windows 10, it tells me that there is an unknown error and try again later. Is there anything i can do to get it to work?

    As Intuit no longer owns Quicken, the version you are trying to install is unaware of the change. You need to install the final release version for Q2016 to point to Quicken Inc. available here:
