When I open Quicken I only see a white screen. How do I get access?
When I open Quicken I only see a white screen. I need help so I can access all of my financial data. I have been using the product for many years. I can only guess it could be caused by my banking information being changed and my annual fee automatic payment being declined.

Your community profile says you're using Quicken 2017 but, even if you're using an expired Quicken subscription, you should not "only see a white screen".
If you able to open Quicken without opening the most recent Quicken file (press the Ctrl key while opening Quicken), select Help > About Quicken. The window that appears should provide the Quicken version of the program and, if you're using a Quicken subscription, the status of your membership.
