As of this morning Quicken stopped downloading bank transactions from Chase

Chase says it is set up correctly but yet again Quicken generates spontaneous problems that might be due to yet another errant program "update".
Nothing in this thread works: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7878315/chase-bank-transactions-not-downloading-when-i-update.
What are you supposed to do when Quicken spontaneously stops doing this afternoon what it did yesterday after following every step? It is insane to delete and start over or to have to manually delete hundreds of dual transactions after merging accounts as some supposed "support" suggests.
