Printing Checks Issue [Edited]

Windows just did a software upgrade. My Quicken Premier 2020 R31.20 caused a reboot when I try to print checks. This has happened 3 times and the checks don't print but the reopened quicken shows the 3 checks ready to print.

    Hello @Timothy Gannon

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

I would recommend creating a test file to see if this issue is coming from the file or the application. To create a test file, choose File menu > New Quicken File.

Once in a new file, please add a checking account a check to be able to test if this issue occurs in the new file.

If this issue occurs in a blank file, I would uninstall and reinstall following the steps below.

If the behavior does not occur in the test file, I would recommend restoring a backup saved prior to the software upgrade.

Please let me know what you find!
