Hidden Account New Transactions Notification

For seldom used accounts, they are often put into the hidden accounts section. It's also common that the hidden accounts section is collapsed.

I would be beneficial to show a blue circle next to the "Hidden Accounts" label to indicate there is a new transaction waiting in one of the hidden accounts. Currently any new transactions are completely hidden from view.
