    I am having the same issue, but only trying to print reports. I have reloaded the printer driver, and can print from all other programs

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here if we may just need to reset the Quicken printer settings in this case. You can do so by going across the top to file > file operations > validate and repair >  reset all Quicken printer settings. 

    Once you've done this see if we're able to get the print settings working! Let us know how it goes!
