My Quicken account has "frozen" or locked up.

I have a pop-up window that simply says Save Transaction. Every time I try to save or close the pop-up, it reappears.
I cannot get to any other account or page.
Help - please!

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    If you haven't done so already, I would start by uninstalling using the QcleanUI utility and then reinstalling the Quicken application.

    Please let me know if these steps resolve the issue.
