popup when paying scheduled bill

Every time I pay a scheduled bill a popup asks if I want to update that account before paying. This popup should only occur when the account hasn't been updated on the current date. It is quite annoying and serves no purpose when it ALWAYS appears...

    Have you run (clicked) "Update all", the circular arrow icon in the upper right hand corner of the Bills, Income & Transfers view today?
    AFAIK, doing this once a day should get rid of the pesky popup.

    I don't use Online Billers.
