RESOLVED 4/05/21 Wells Fargo Bank Returns CC-506/106, CC-501/101 or CC-508 Error

We are investigating reports of some Quicken for Windows and Mac Users receiving either a CC-506/106 or CC-501/101 error when attempting to add/update accounts.

If an error is received, please allow up to 48 hrs before attempting to add/update accounts once more.

    UPDATE 3/26/21

    We have received confirmation that Users should no longer receive a CC-506/106 or CC-501/101 error when attempting to add/update accounts with Wells Fargo Bank.

    Our teams are continuing to investigate reports of some Users receiving a CC-508 error with Wells Fargo Bank and this Alert will be updated as more information and/or a resolution is available.
