Same transactions are being downloaded 2 days in a row from Discover

For some reason the same transactions are being downloaded two days in a row from Discover. Please advise.

    Does the Account List (Tools menu) show Direct Connect, Express Web Connect or Web Connect?

    @splasher It shows Express Web Connect for Discover.

    With Discover, you do not want to use EWC if possible if Direct Connect is available, it is free.
    Deactivate One Step Update (edit the account from the Tools menu and select Edit, then the Online Services tab).  Remove the FI information on the General tab, then restart Quicken.
    Now, go thru the process to add a new account.  When you get to the screen that refers to Add, change it to Link and select the correct existing account.
    Early on, when you select Discover, click on the Advanced Options to  allow you to choose Direct Connect versus Express Web Connect.

    Thanks @splasher will give it a try... Also, just got this message from quicken.

    "Due to an issue with our aggregation provider, if you downloaded from an Express Web Connect account between March 16 and March 23, some transactions that you downloaded during that window may be duplicated (same date and amount) when you download from that same account after March 23.

    If you do see duplicates, we recommend that you simply delete duplicate transactions. They should not re-appear in future downloads.

    You really want to change to Direct Connect from EWC, you eliminate the issues that are involved with EWC and the connection is between you and Discover without going through an aggregation server/service.
