Moving to new computer
Moving Quicken 2015 to new compute (win 10), when I try to enter my Intuit password to access my data file it tells me unknown error, try later. What's going on?

That is because the Intuit severs are long gone. You need to be logging in with your Quicken Id, and to do that you have to be past the patch level where they changed over. Install the latest patch from here:

Intuit divested Quicken several years ago (2016?) and Quicken is now owned by Quicken Inc. which is independent of Intuit.1
