What's going on with Quicken/Win?

User since the 80's.
Really miss Bill Pay (and Intuit) because:

Multiple "failed" Quick Pay payments.
Check Pay payments received late by biller.
Telephone "help" painfully slow.

    Do you receive any error codes or messages?

    All of my recent Check Pay payments took 10-11 days from the "Payment" date to be delivered. These will undoubtedly result in late fees.
