Wells Fargo saying my account is closed
Just tried to update my wells fargo bill pay accounts and I am getting a error saying my account is closed. I can log in via the web just fine. Anyone else experiencing this?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize in the issue you're having. That is odd I'm wondering where exactly the issue is. I believe in this case it might help trying to see on a test file if we have a similar issue. This will give us a better idea of where exactly the issue is. Hmm not sure you are leading me down the right path with all of the other wells fargo problems that have occurred recently. Can you explain your logic on why your asking me to do this generic troubleshooting step? I am not having any other problems with any other accounts0

Ok here is a very interesting tidbit for everyone. Wells fargo has a very specific phone number for Quicken issues. 1-800-956-4442. My issue turns out to be the fact that you have to use the same username for both direct connect downloading account transactions as well as quicken billpay.0
