Q hasn't announced R 31 for QCan ... so there's no way that we users can know that.

NOTE, however, that when Q next releases an update for QCan it MIGHT not be R 31, but a higher number.

The QCan releases don't have numeric equivalency with QUS, but when that next QCan release comes out it will have all of the FUNCTIONALITY (including bug fixes) of Q US up to that point.

I.E, a single QCan release usually contains the same content of several Q US releases/
