Upgrading Subscription

I currently am on the starter plan (runs through April 2022) and want to upgrade to the Premier plan. Through the program, I went to Help - My Quicken Account - Subscriptions - Manage Subscription - Change plan. It then provides buttons to click to upgrade, but they are not clickable (I get a red circle with a line through it instead of an arrow to click).

Is there a different way to handle this upgrade?
