    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. Could we get a couple of more details here of the issue you're having. What FI are we having difficulty with? Have you gotten a different error when trying to update? How long has this been happening? Have you attempted any troubleshooting yet to see if you were able to solve the issue.

    Once we get more details let us know more so that we're able to take a look to find out exactly what's happening.
