Tool bar auto hides

The tool bar in the register view on the bottom that includes reconcile and add a transaction now auto hides. Unfortunately this is really finicky if the Mac tool bar on the bottom also auto hides. How do I turn this new feature off so that it stays visible like it did prior?

    Click menu Quicken > Preferences > Register > Register Toolbar > Aways Show.
