Quicken won't start

I get this. I rebooted and still get this. Just started happening this afternoon. Any help would be appreciated. I can't talk to Quicken support over chat because there is no way to send them a screenshot.

    If you haven't already, I suggest you attempt to close the Enter Quicken ID Password window and reset the Quicken ID associated with your Quicken file:
    1. Select Edit > Preferences...
    2. Select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    3. Select Sign in as a different user
    4. Enter yes
    5. Select Sign Out
    6. Sign in with your Quicken ID

    Closing the blank login window brings me to a totally disabled (greyed out) Quicken main window which won't let me click anywhere.

    I have similar problem. Quicken 2017 quit loading, so I downloaded new subscription version. No luck. Sometimes lets me enter my password, but never finishes starting up. Just leaves me with my desktop image..

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    I would start by uninstalling using the QcleanUI utility and then reinstalling the Quicken application.


    Please let me know if you still experience this trouble with a new installation.
