When updating Citi Costo credit card bil, due date and amount pop up for a second and then disappear
When I update bills in Bill Manager in the Bills and Income Tab, my Citi Costco credit card bill due date and amount pop up just for a second and then disappear. The due date and amount that were shown on screen very briefly were in fact correct, so it seems that the correct billing information was retrieved from Citi, but then it disappears and just says awaiting next bill. Updating all bills, or updating this bill individually changes nothing--still says awaiting next bill. The billing statement is also missing. I'm using Quicken Premier for Windows, R32.10, build 188.8.131.52. Running on Windows 10.
