Unable to login to online services; error message says quicken on line services are down and has been going on for the last 24 hours although it says it has been resolved

    Thanks for letting us know you're still having issues. I'm wondering here it it might be a lingering issue and we may need to sign in and out to see if that may solve the issue. I'll leave steps below on how to do so.
    1. Go to Edit
    2. Preferences
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password (this screen is not a pop-up box)
    Once you've done so let us know if you're able to sign in and get Quicken up and running.

    This worked for me, although I was previously logged in with the same account that I logged in with now.
