I haven't done this in a long time so I can't be sure if anything has changed, but before you could export a CSV file with your transactions in it.  You can use my program to convert that to a QIF file, which can be imported into Quicken.

There is an example for the column mapping for Mint on this page of the documentation:

I've just subscripted to Quicken Starter Edition Subscription, so based on the documentation it does not look like it will work for me...
"Warning!! Quicken Subscription breaks a lot of the QIF transaction import functionality.
It no longer goes through the Downloaded Transactions tab, so matching isn't possible.
It is no longer will match up payees in the Memorized Payee list and fill in the categories."

Well I was thinking you meant a one time update to bring your data over from Mint.
And in that case there wouldn't be anything to "match to" so it would work fine.

It would also work for the use case where you don't pre-enter transactions.

OK. Will try. I haven't entered anything into Quicken yet. However, Quicken will not even let me log into my bank, so not a good start.

Oh maybe you meant this part?

There is a workaround in ImportQIF for this part.  The matching of the payees/filling in the of the category can be done in ImportQIF and passed through to Quicken in the QIF file.  Look at the documentation for Map Payee (like renaming rules in Quicken), Map Categories (like using memorized payees) and finally look on the Tool Options tab documentation for "Merge", which can get you started by importing Quicken's memorized payees.

Oh come to think of it mint would have category data probably already in it and you can map that column and then that would go right into Quicken.
