Account Balance Reconciliation Report

To assure that accounts get attention when the online balance, current balance and the ending balance are not in agreement, I suggest a screen report that shows these three amounts for all accounts on one screen and displays the variance between the online balance and the other 2 balances. Where there is no difference a 0.00 would show and where a discrepancy exist the calculated difference itself would be shown as a +/- $99999.99 . This report format would help to reconcile differences in those instances where there are legitimate differences such as manual future dated transactions not yet processed or uncleared transactions which account for the discrepancy. In the event there are more serious problems with the imported data, having this easy to view all in one place report will allow more timely reaction and resolution.
