The Quicken Mortgage Loan Payment details are wrong.

I have a monthly payment of $1582.52, of which $749.50 is an Escrow payment and the principal/interest split changes each month. The Loan Details in Quicken show a principal of -$464.25, an interest of +$464.25, with the entire $1582.52 as extra principal payment. The first two are not editable. Thus the What If tool gives nonsensical results. Any way to fix this?

Exactly where are you seeing this?  In the loan payment recorded in your checking account?
Are you using Q's "Loan Wizard", which is quite accurate?
And, have you set up this loan to download from your lender?  If so, that's why you can't edit the payment terms.
