Quicken crashes when exporting to Excel

Hello, I have Quicken for Windows version R32.10. I have attempted to export a register of transactions to Excel 3 times and all three times it has crashed Quicken. Any ideas of how to resolve this?

    Hello @dfox2

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here what's causing the issue. Were you previously able to export without an issue? One thing we can attempt here is to see if a mondo patch can help with getting the program to function properly when we try updating. It'll be a good step to take here. I'll leave steps down below.

Once you get the chance let us know if you're able to get the export working properly. If not we'll see what we can try next.

    Thanks,

    Quicken Francisco

    Francisco,
After downloading the patch and verifying that my version is 32.12, I attempted to export the transaction register to Excel and Quicken crashed (again). I sent the error report with my email address so someone can see the details. Please help.

Thanks for the update. The next thing that we're able to try would be a copy and validate of the file. It should give us another idea here of what could possibly be happening in the file. I'll leave an article down below with instructions on how to do so. It'll be the fourth step on the article.

Once you've had a chance to this see if in the copy you experience the same issue as well. This will help keep isolating the issue so we're able to find out the exact cause. Let us know how it goes!

    Thanks,
