How do I change the financial institution on an account?
I am unable to change the financial institution on accounts (checking & savings). The current bank name is greyed out and cannot be changed. There is no associated download (so I cannot "deactivate" anything). However, when I try to reconcile it does ask me to download, but no download information happens (because it does not have downloads set up!). There is obviously an error somewhere that makes the account think it is associated with an automatic download. How can I get this "loop" fixed????
