In the accounts section, one account is completely different for that same investment in tfo

the portfolio section. The difference is huge, but it only affects one account. How is this discrepancy corrected

    Hi @peracd,

Can you give us more details of what the problem actually is?  When you say "accounts section" do you mean the "Account Bar" (which is either on the left or right of the home screen)?  Also is this one account or two accounts?  And please let us know how you are updating the account (or accounts) that are involved - i.e. the connection methods for each.

Assuming that you're referring to a difference in the Account balance as shown in the Account Bar vs. the Account balance as shown in Portfolio View, one reason could be that a particular security - a security that exists only in the affected Account - has not been selected to be included in Portfolio View.  In Portfolio View click the Options button, select "Customize current view...", click the Securities tab, and make sure that all securities in that particular Account have a check in the box next to their name.

Yes, that is correct. to be specific, the account balance shown in the account bar is around $ 1,934,518 and the balance for same account in portfolio is $ 235,000. There has always been a difference for this one account between account bar and portfolio view, but never this large of a difference. All accounts are shown in portfolio view, so that is not the problem.
    Thank you

"All accounts are shown in portfolio view, so that is not the problem."
I didn't focus on "all accounts", the focus was on "all securities."
Are all securities for that account selected?
