Paid Bill Won't Update to Paid in Check Register

Having a problem with a bill that was paid via Quick Pay and it does not show as paid in the register even though the vendor received the payment. I've updated a few times and it does not resolve the issue. In case it matters the payment was for an American Express credit card. Any suggestions how to resolve this? Thanks!

    I talked to Quicken support last week and they said that they were having problems connecting with certain companies. In my case, it was Citibank. Call support about this.
