Can't access my data file

I can't get into my Quicken file any longer. When I start Quicken and load the file, I can see my data, then about a second later the system switches to the screen where it asks for my Quicken id and password. I enter that, get another screen asking for that and I enter that as well, then I am at a screen saying to download Quicken. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded from that screen and no luck whatsoever. Very frustrated, can't get into my data at all at this point. Also done file validation, no help. I've also restored from a prior backup, still no luck. Help!
