Enhance "Find and Replace" function

"Find and Replace" is short on function. Should allow user to search using multiple search arguments, like database programs do. Example 1: Find Payee Contains "xxxxx" AND Account Starts With "yyyy." Example 2: Find Category Exact "ttttt" OR Account Contains "zzzz." Example 3: Find Category Exact "dental" AND NOT Account Contains "zzzz." Example 4: Find Category Contains "bbbb" OR Category Contains "cccc" OR Category Contains "dddd." In other words, provide for Boolean search logic. Also, provide for replacement of multiple fields in found transactions.

Seems like we used to have something like that for renaming rules, but it was done away with.-1

I think it would be really useful if Quicken Find allowed up to 3 search parameters. Often when searching for a check or online payment the limit of just one search parameter brings up way too many results. If you think of Quicken as a database application it makes searches ponderously difficult compared to other database apps.0

A similar suggestion already exists:[Removed Self-Referencing]

Unfortunately, the new find/replace function won't allow me to replace with lower case letters if there are previous transactions in all caps. For example, I want to replace "BEL AIR #515" with "Bel Air" but the "With" box pulls the list from existing transactions and won't let me type lower case as a replacement. I don't want to replace with what's already existing...that's kind of the point of find/replace0

The search logic in Quicken has been severely damaged.+ All types of searches don't locate all qualifying transactions+ Search result does allow selection of transaction ranges for editing.Deluxe R44.20, Windows 10 Pro0

It appears, as per above, that people have been asking for some version of this for quite some time. Most often, a request to narrow the dates. This shouldn't be that difficult. PLEASE, if so many are going through the difficulties of logging on to ask, then likely many many more want this functionality.0
