Existing transaction the same transaction as the transfer you just entered

When I logged into Quicken just now, I received a notice apparently from an update in progress. The notice asked, "Is this existing transaction in account (Citicard) the same transaction as the transfer you just entered? 04/09/2021 - Autopay Rautopay - (amount). I could not look in Quicken until I answered Yes or No, so I answered No. But I think the answer is actually Yes, it is the same transaction. What is happening and what can I do about it? Earlier today the computer was slow and I had to do a restart.
