Why can't i sign on to my Marisol Fed CU?

I use to update my desktop Quicken, but a message comes back saying "unable to connect try again in 10 min" After 10 min still not able. Please help.

    Please try this:
    • Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    • Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
    • Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your current (correct) Quicken ID.

    Found 2 entries - Marisol - which one are you using - looks like both only offer Express Web Connect download protocol
