Getting a "there are no uncleared items to reconcile quicken" message.

I am getting this message when I clearly have un cleared items in my register. This is doing it in all accounts. I am using Quicken Deluxe W10 Version R32.12 Build 27.1.32.12

    Are you reconciling to the Online Balance?
    If so, there is a good chance that the Online Balance date hasn't been updated, and as such you are reconciling to that past date.

    How do I update the Online Balance?
    The Online Balance is updated during the downloading of transactions.  You can't change it manually.
    If it is wrong for any reason (and the most likely reasons are a failed Express Web Connect update, or the financial institution sending the wrong information) , the only thing you can do is turn off reconciling to the Online Balance.

    To stop reconciling to the Online balance go into the Account Details -> Online Services tab, and deselect "Reconcile using online balance", and then select OK.  When you select Ctrl+R (or select the reconcile menu/button to start the reconcile it will prompt you for what to reconcile to.  Note even though it say "statement balance" that can also just be the current balance at your financial institution (provided it doesn't include pending transactions).
