All account transactions suddenly only show 2016 and 2017 transactions. Account update also shows same years(2016+2017) update. Oddly, the Quicken program calendar is correct. Recently paid the Quicken annual fee!

It sounds like one of two things happened: (1) you have a date range filter set without being aware of it, limiting your transactions to a period in the past, or (2) you somehow opened an old Quicken data file instead of your current one. Guessing that the latter is more likely, you should check to see if there's another data file you can open. You can look at the File > Open Recent pop-up menu to see if there are other file choices; your currently open file is first, so the one you're looking for might be the second one on the list. Or you can go to the folder where your Quicken file is stored to see if there are other files there. (Quick hint: if you've opened an older file, its modification date will now be the newest simply because you opened it; however, the file size of an older file is often smaller than a more recent file, since the more recent file has more transactions in it.)

Is your register correctly sorted by Date in either ascending or descending order? (Ascending order: transactions show newest transaction by Date at the bottom of the register. Descending order: The newest transactions are at the top) Is the register correctly scrolled to top or bottom, to show you the newest transactions?
