    I was having a this same problem starting in Dec. 2020 and dealing with Quicken Support over the phone for hours at least 3 different times, I became sick of the problem and stopped syncing to the cloud and haven't used Quicken Mobile for months now. I very much want to go back to using Quicken Mobile but I refuse to until this problem is corrected. Has it been resolved? Did anything work, because 3 different Techs were unable to help me. Like the person above, it worked for the day and then within a few days I received the same error and it was messing up my desktop data. I have now been backing up my data weekly but still afraid to try Quicken Mobile again. Please tell me Quicken fixed this issue.
