How do I change the number of days ahead a rental income reminder is shown in lists?

For other reminders the "edit this and all future reminders" or Alt-D command provides a window with an opportunity to select the number of days for this. However, for rental income reminders, there is no similar capability in the edit window; at least that I can find or figure out. It defaults to 3 days in advance on the reminders list, but I want it to be 30 days in advance like the rest of my reminders. Thank You.
