Year end process not working

Trying to run yearend process, but it shows all transactions and does not parse off prior years.

    See if this FAQ helps, generally it is a problem with transactions not being reconciled: FAQ - Year End Copy

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here what could be causing the issue. Do you have your transactions reconciled? What options are you selecting when trying to run the year end copy? Here's an article down below with more information on the year end copy.

    I followed the steps and chose to have only transactions from 1/1/2021 on. But it left prior reconciled transactions.

    @cwvanden How about a screenshot of some of the transactions that stayed but should have been removed?
