apologize for the issue you're having. I was taking a look to see and it looks like some users have also had issues with this previously as well. Users have had success with running a Qcleanui to completely remove Quicken as well. I'll leave a link down below on how to do so.
Once you've had a chance to run the Qclean let us know if you're able to reinstall Quicken and get it open again.
