OL-294-A

I have been receiving the above error on our credit unit download (or lack of download). This is an ongoing issue. How do I correct this?

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. What FI are you having difficulties with? With OL - 294's there's a couple of steps we're able to take to see if we're able to resolve the issue. I'll leave the article down below.

    Which credit union are you having problems with?
    IIRC, there was one recently which dropped support for Direct Connect transaction downloading and required every customer to switch to the alternative, Express Web Connect connectivity.
