New entries do not appear in register

New entries do not appear in register. I have quicken 2017. They will appear when I start a reconciliation report.

    Since you have Quicken 2017 which isn't supported, and such you can't download transactions, you must be manually entering transactions.  Are you saying that you enter them and they "vanish" until you reconcile?

    The most likely cause of that would be that your register isn't sorted by date, or you have a filter on that hides the new transactions (hit the Reset button at the top of the register).

    Thank you! The register was correctly sorted by date, but I just clicked the date button, and the transactions appeared.
