Real Estate Values

I think it would be great for Quicken to partner with Zillow or another site to provide automatic real estate values. If this isn't possible, I'd like to be able to easily update the value of my real estate without using clunky transactions. If Quicken showed me the % change in value over time and tracked my cost basis it would be even more useful.

Zillow integration has been a Quicken feature for some time. I consider it useless.

Cost basis cannot be tracked automatically. Only you know the investments you've made in your home which affect its basis.

I have one Quicken account to track my basis, and another account to track the appreciation in my home's value. Both are manual accounts. The latter account exists only so I can admire my net worth. I set it to the difference between Zillow's estimate and my true basis.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.
