How do I fix the following error?

Got this message:
"quicken encountered an error while updating your cloud attachment,(HTTP-400)"
while attempting to delete an attachment that I no longer need on the transaction.

    I would try to reset your Qcloud first by clicking on EDIT + PREFERENCES+ MOBILE&WEB + "Reset your cloud data".

    Followed the instructions, exited out of Quicken, re-launched Quicken, attempted to remove the attachment and ended with the same error as before.
