CC-502 Connection problem Founders Federal Credit Union

When choosing an option to receive a secure access code, Quicken shows incorrect options. Land line phones are shown as "sms" and txt cell phones show as "text to" rather than "sms". I have spoken with the program director at Founders and their records are correct - the problem is with Quicken.

    As stated at the bottom of the article, If the error persists after 24 hours or more, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to find the internal error and file for an escalation.

    My original problems securing a secure access code have been partially resolved.
    The option “text to (xxx) xxx-0862” is OK. But the second option “sms to (xxx) xxx-7607” is in error. 7607 is voice mail NOT txt. Quicken has set this incorrectly as”txt“
