Downloading transactions after membership expires

Hi Everyone,
I used to be a Quicken user a few years ago. I didn't use online services to download transactions. The method I used to download transactions was to login to my bank web site, then select an option they provide that would download transactions to my PC in Quicken format. Once downloaded, the web site triggered an open of the file, which in turn opened Quicken and passed in the downloaded file. Quicken read the transactions from the download and added the transactions to the appropriate accounts.
What I am wondering is what happens when my Quicken membership expires. Will I still be able to manually import my transactions using the same method?
Thanks,
Brad

No Brad. Import of bank transaction files is considered by Quicken to be part of "online services" and therefore will not be available after your subscription expires.
