What do you think the chances that waiting 10 minutes would actually fix anything?

Judging by all the posts on the forum about not being able to connect to the Quicken Services, and to wait 10 minutes I bet that waiting 10 minutes never works. Clearly a login problem isn’t going to just go away, and it seems to me that assuming that your servers are overloaded is a bad “company policy”.

A long time ago, in a post far away, I suggested they change the error message to prompt the user to log out and in. You would think changing the text of the error message would be more efficient than answering the same question with the same answer multiple times a day.

I've never received the error, so I can't say from personal experience. If a significant portion of users were successful after waiting 10 minutes, would we actually know? I suspect only those that are not successful are likely to post.0
