Bill manager not updating payment status or refreshing bills

I can click on "get payment status" or "refresh bill" ... no errors, but no updates, even for quick pay events from five days ago. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    First, could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?
    • Help > About Quicken
    To start with, if you haven't already, I suggest Validating Online billers. Before doing so, I recommend you save a backup first (just in case). Then, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Validate Online billers in the dropdown menu.
