Citi Card Account shows Awaiting Next Bill two weeks after next statement is issued

Why does Bills show Awaiting Next Bill for an account that has had a new statement available for two weeks?

    I have the same problem. Quicken has not been able to correct this issue since it was reported two weeks ago. They have not responded to me or others about this issue. They first reported that Citibank was blocking aggregation.

    Francisco, what ever happened to the ONGOING 1/13/21 Citi Biller Experiencing an Error problem that was posted here? Also, why hasn't the Quicken posting about this problem two weeks ago been updated?

    Quicken has really dropped the ball on this problem.
