"The transfer transaction is to an account that no longer exists in Quicken" is back.

QWD Version R32.12 Build 27.132.12

Original Problem: Transactions were no longer being downloaded, for any account, and the OSU's "Update Now" button disabled (grayed out).
Work-around: Deleted Cloud Data

New Problem: Error "The transfer transaction is to an account that no longer exists in Quicken" on cleared but not reconciled transactions with transfers.
I renamed the account and the new name appears in the original transaction's transfer, but still gave the error that the account no longer exists.

Validate found hundreds of transactions (within the last year, either cleared or reconciled) with transfers to different accounts under the line:
"The following transaction(s) involving transfers appear to be damaged.
You should delete them and recreate as appropriate."
(I took no actions on these, yet.)

Temporary Work-around: Copy, delete, and then paste transactions with "account no longer exists" error.
